GETTING TO KNOW THE WOMAN BEHIND THE BRAND

Sara Jackson also known as Sara J. is a writer, public speaker, entrepreneur and lover of pajamas. While she has seen many things in her life like most others, she thrives in the space of faith and forward movement. What Sara J has noticed in just her short years of adulthood and semi dreadful childhood is everyone is dealt some pain, some joy and a glimmer of hope. With that glimmer of hope, Sara J has done everything that she knew in her realm of capability to maximize and encourage others. With the pain, she learned lessons on forgiveness and seizing the moment, no need to live in the past. With the joy, she bottled it in her heart until it began contagious to others. She is known for breaking barriers of frustration and easing tension.

Educationally, Sara Jackson attended over thirty school from elementary to high school. She attended Chattahoochie Valley Community College on a full ride basketball scholarship, only after one year she decided to put away her sneakers and venture of a journey of purpose. When she retuned home to Atlanta, Ga she sat out for one semester while understanding the rules of college, a place she never thought she would be. Spring of 2010, Sara attended Georgia Perimeter College to gain credits and await admissions to Kennesaw State University. That following fall semester, Sara was admitted to Kennesaw State University, where she completed her bachelor’s degree in psychology, minor in sociology. Sara Jackson currently holds a Masters degree from Southern New Hampshire University in Fine Arts and English.

Sara J is a woman with many goals and aspirations. She wants every woman to know no matter the circumstances, the trial or the feat, that there is glory on the other side. Do whatever it takes to bring the vision to life. Rather your timid, scared, or just simply lost in the all the noise of this age, your greatness is on the other side. Allow the Shameless Brand to encourage you on your journey to greatness.

And while I find that to be comforting on one end, on the other I have this extreme annoyance and anger that boils down to sadness.

MY HEAD HURTS.....

I t was just two days before Christmas and my love interest and I had just decided to spend Christmas morning together. No fault of his own, it was completely my idea and he complied. Moments leading up to his arrival, I had the jitters but decided that this would be the day that I would share my intentions. Rightfully so, I have expressed time and time again on both the blog and the podcast to go after what you want.

Gratitude is a Choice...

I t has been one month and seven days since I had experienced the greatest loss in my adult years, and while I do have air in my lungs and a sound mind to write to you, I can’t say that the feeling is a good one. However, I would love for you to know that today like all the others and prayerfully tomorrow, I am choosing gratitude.
